Dear Mike, Kathy & Scott,
 
Ron and I have lived in many provinces in Canada in the past 37 years and dealt with many different builders, including going through the home-building process in Florida.  By far Bouma Builders has provided us with the highest level of service and quality of workmanship than any other contractor we've had.
 
Home building can be very challenging and frustrating at the best of times; however, with the many years of experience Bouma has behind them and along with the patience you shared with Ron and I, building our home was an exciting and carefree event for us.
 
Bouma surrounds themselves with the highest quality of trades people which is why more than a year later, we have had no reason to require after-sales services.  Saying this, we are aware that Mike is available at anytime to hear any concerns we may have. What a comfortable feeling to live with.
